SHIPPING

When you complete an online order, I will do my very best to ensure your piece is sent within 3 days of the order being placed. If you need to place a rush on an order being posted or have any further questions or instructions please contact me as soon as possible.
Insurance on shipping can also be arranged if requested by you prior to sending.

All orders will be sent Australia Post Express Post with tracking and sign on delivery (unless to a PO Box), free of charge.
All metropolitan areas in Australia should expect to receive an ordered item that is in stock within 2-3 business days.
Rural and Western areas of Australia may take a few days longer to deliver.
I will contact you with the tracking number when the parcel has been shipped. Any delays on arrival are attributed to Australia Post and are out of my control, so please let me know if this is the case, or you can keep track of you parcel via the Australia Post website.

All international orders will be sent with tracking by airmail through Australia Post.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but allow approximately 2 weeks for an in stock item, longer for a made to order item.
Please note that some countries charge customs/duties fees upon arrival before you can collect your item. Any International ground fees incurred will need to be paid for by you, the customer.

PACKAGING

All items of Jewellery are packaged in a quality jewellery gift box. They are packaged for post with the utmost care to ensure safe travels and that your item arrives in a perfect condition.

Exchange of items because of change of mind is only done in specific circumstances and all shipping is to be covered by the purchaser. Please contact me directly to discuss your individual situation if this should arise
Returned goods are subject to a quality check BEFORE money refund is issued. Goods that have been used and/or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note: Goods which have been custom made, ie: special commission, or altered at request by the customer from the original design, WILL NOT be eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances unless there is a manufacturing default.
Returns and exchanges on items will be accepted if contact is made within three (3) days of the delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference in the instance of exchange, the customer will be contacted for payment information.
If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let me know within three (3) days and everything possible will be done to assist you. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item posted is packaged securely and will be in brand new, untouched, unused condition.
Any returned items for exchange or refund must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable

I am happy to repair any piece free-of-charge within a two week period from purchase, unless the item has clearly been mistreated or damaged by owner through misuse. The returned piece will be inspected and assessed upon its return before further action is taken, and before the free repair is decided. Any repairs after this time will incur a charge, unless it's clearly a design or manufacture fault, in which case you are required to contact me to arrange the repair of the piece.

Ring Sizes

All rings are in standard Australian/UK/NZ sizes which use an alphabetical system. The ring sizes can also include half sizes which are read, for example as size A½.
For women the most common ring size in Australia is an N or O. For men it is a T or U. These are the equivalent of a US 7 for women and a US 10 for men.
All “Ready To Ship “pieces will have the size stated in the description. If the size you prefer isn’t stated, please contact me as I'm happy to make to your size
Rings that are “made to order” will be made to size for the individual.
Rings can take 1 - 3 weeks depending on postage. Please contact me if it is urgent.
